1st-9th Grade
Learning Pods

1st-9th grade program

Our learning pod facilitators provide attentive care in a small, flexible classroom setting with an academically and spiritually enriching curriculum that will help draw out the best in your child. We recognize the importance of students learning and growing in a positive educational environment that offers secure relationships that support academic progress, family togetherness, and increased connection. The education we strive to produce must inspire children’s passions, independence, self-knowledge, social skills, and mental health. This is why our mission is to teach the WHOLE child.

Through our learning pod model in 1st-6th grade (divided into 3 separate groups), students will learn independently alongside their supportive peers at their own pace from a well-versed teacher in her content area (via video streaming).  The video instruction is tailored to individual learners utilizing a variety of instructional strategies in a virtual environment. Each group is provided with a highly qualified facilitator who will monitor students’ progress, give assistance, grade assignments, and answer all questions. The facilitator will provide parents with access to a complete online grade book and offer progress updates weekly. The facilitator will also reinforce lessons by implementing support materials.

Students will engage in the following subject areas Monday-Thursday from 8:45 AM-2:00 PM (Friday is an optional reinforcement day):

  • Bible (led by Pastor Edgar)

  • Math

  • Language Arts

  • Science

  • Social Studies
